Add the New Branding signature
Since Outlook has some problems with complex signatures, to add the new branding signature you'll need to download a template attached to this article. There are four HTML templates attached to this article two for each office location, of the two one is the standard one and the other is for Out of Office messages.
After downloading the templates you'll need to open it with a text editor, preferably one that is good for editing HTML like VS Code, Notepad++, Sublime, etc. You'll need to edit it as follows:
- At line 48 replace FirstName LastName with your first name and last name;

- At line 50 replace Company Position with your company job title;

- At line 56 replace in both the mailto reference and text email.address@logdms.com with your email address;

- At line 57 replace Phone Number if you want to fill in your phone number, if you don't want to fill in your phone number please delete line 57 entirely;

- At line 58 is the Office Address, even though the template have it already filled in for both office location, for colleagues working fully remote in other locations it can be altered as they prefer either by modifying the address there or deleting the line entirely;

- For the PTO templates, at line 103 the out of office text needs be modified to fit your needs;

- After you've finished filling in your details, please save the file, and open it in a browser;
For New Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to settings;

- Go to Signatures and either create a new signature or select your existing one;

- From the browser window with the signature open select everything (Ctrl+A key combination works best for this) copy and then paste it in the signature field in Outlook.
