Submitting a ticket in the right category
When you submit a ticket via the portal, please submit it in the right category as explained below:
- For any kind of issue (ex: “my laptop has no sound”, “my teams is not starting”, etc.) please use the Report an issue button.

For any kind of requests (ex: requesting a replacement headset, requesting a license or access to a platform, etc.) please use the Make a request button.

There you will have a list of standard request types:
